Stairs from the lounge lead to the lower deck accommodation. This comprises two large double bedrooms, both with a large amount of fitted storage. The family bathroom has toilet, bath with shower attachment and hand basin. Also on this level is a good sized dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen, including a 6 burner range with double oven, and again plenty of storage and work surface. The entire lower deck has been well fitted out, and kept in excellent order. The engine room houses boiler, washer and dryer, and freezer. The engine is still in situ but not connected. It has not been used for many years, but could be brought back to working order if you are of a mind to do so. Zodiac benefits from upvc double glazing and diesel fired central heating throughout. Zodiac was originally a passenger ferry on the Thames until 1999 when she ceased service. She has a robust carvel built hull from pine, and upper strakes of Elm om Oak frames.
