Rita had a new superstructure around eight years ago, and is fully insulated. The engine has been turned regularly but not started and will obviously need servicing. The wheelhouse will need equipping should you wish to cruise her. Rita can stay on her current mooring whilst being fitted out subject to the mooring owners agreement. Once work is complete she can again stay if you require a leisure mooring, again subject to the mooring owners agreement.
