Premier Houseboats are pleased to present Rosa, a 60’ narrowboat on a secure residential mooring, in need of some work internally, but offering good sized accommodation. Rosa was taken out of the water in 2024 and the survey is available, Rosa also had 14 new anodes fitted and was also rewired throughout, 240v & 12V. Rosa has a large double cabin aft, with plenty of storage underneath the built in bed, and further storage to the sides. There is plenty of light, but the hatch in the roof will need replacing, possibly with an opening skylight. From the bedroom you walk through the bathroom, housing a good sized shower cubicle, composting toilet and hand basin. Along from the bathroom is the galley, a good sized area with plenty of storage and work surface. This also houses a fridge and freezer, and has room for an oven. There is a brand new gas combi boiler that needs plumbing in, and this could easily supply radiators if you decided you would like more traditional heating, which is currently supplied by 2 gas heaters. The saloon is again a good size, light and airy and with space for a log burner should you want one fitted. The saloon has solid wood floor and built in storage throughout. The Lister LPWS4 produces 40 hp which is plenty of power for a boat of this size, she came to her current mooring under her own power around a year ago, but this engine would need a service should you wish to cruise. Overall Rosa offers great value, and with a small amount of work internally, and some external painting, could be a lovely home in a quiet, secure and friendly residential marina.
