Forward from this is a corridor with a log burner that comfortably heats the entire boat. There is a good sized double cabin with storage below the double berth. Forward from this is a wet room with shower, sink and toilet. Forward from this is another cabin with twin berths, currently used for storage. The boat itself was well fitted out when built and retains the feel of a boat whilst offering surprising space for its size. The Mermaid engine is in good working order and offers plenty of power when in use. The rigging is also in good order, however the boat does not come with sails. The cockpit area seats six and offers good storage as well. Externally the boat has extremely good outside space and is easy to walk around when in use.
