Parking is conveniently located within a very short walk of the vessel. Workman underwent remedial work in 2024, when approximately eight inches of concrete was poured throughout the full length of the vessel. Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves regarding the vessel’s current condition and any future works through an appropriate marine survey.
