Occasionally, even just having a trusted ear to bounce around ideas can help unravel screaming minds. The SearchLight approach is a professional counselling service for young people up to the age of 25 where they can receive confidential and supportive counselling without any pressure or judgment. People who experience anxiety from past experiences therapy are wishing to find a place to express their worries, feelings, and concerns without being criticized and to explore how the past might be affecting the present. The sessions will be offered at a tme to suit the client’s needs and will have a focus on whatever they want to talk about, in an open manner and at his ∕ her own speed. The consultations can be conducted in a person-to-person or remote format with the goal of helping young people to build confidence and resilience.
